Refund and Returns Policy

At AJs Unique Gifts, we understand the importance of personalised items and strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. As such, we have a returns policy in place specifically for custom items.

Change of Mind Policy:

If you have a change of mind regarding your order, we kindly ask that you email us as soon as possible. Our dedicated customer service team will do their best to accommodate your request.

Please note that our ability to assist with a change of mind request depends on the status of your order. If your order has already been dispatched or commenced production, we will not be able to make any changes. However, if your order has not yet been sent to production, we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any item, including non-custom items. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change or preferences may differ, but we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.

Refunds for Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that your custom item arrives damaged in transit, we will gladly offer a refund. Please contact our customer service team at enquiries@ajsuniquegifts.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. We may request photos or additional information to assess the damage and process your refund.

No Refunds for Customer-Made Spelling Mistakes:

We take great care in producing custom items exactly as specified by our customers. However, we cannot be held responsible for any spelling mistakes or errors made by the customer during the customisation process. Please double-check all spelling and details before submitting your order, as we are unable to offer refunds for customer-made spelling mistakes.

How to Initiate a Refund:

If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at enquiries@ajsuniquegifts.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the damage.
  3. Attach clear photos of the damaged item, if requested.
  4. Our customer service team will review your request and respond to you within 2 business days.
  5. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note that refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in our returns policy.
