Enter your shipping information and payment details, and confirm your order. You will receive an email notification once your order is confirmed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Afterpay. With Afterpay, you can buy now and pay later in four interest-free installments.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you have provided the wrong shipping address, email us at enquiries@ajsuniquegifts.com.au with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will try to update the address for you.

Can I customise the door mat with my own text or design?
Yes, many of our doormats can be personalised. Select the customisation options available for the specific product or email your design to enquiries@ajsuniquegifts.com.au. We’ll send you a template to get started.

How long does it take to receive my doormat?
After placing your order, please allow 3-10 business days for it to be designed and made. For faster processing, choose the Priority Order option at checkout. Orders with Priority will be shipped within 3 business days via express post. Standard shipping takes 2-8 business days, while express shipping takes 1-4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and Australia Post.

How do I look after my doormat?

It is essential to properly care for your door mat to minimize the effects of general wear and tear. Here are some tips to help you maintain the longevity of your personalized door mat:

How long does it take to receive my night light?
Please allow 3-5 business days for design and production of customised night lights. For faster service, select the Priority Order option during checkout. Orders with Priority are shipped within 3 business days, with standard shipping taking 2-8 business days and express shipping taking 1-4 business days.

How do I care for my night light?
To care for your night light:

  • To prevent fingerprints on the acrylic plate, avoid touching the surface directly with your hand. Please hold the acrylic plate by the sides.

  • Please use a soft cloth to gently clean the acrylic surface if there are any marks. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they may damage the surface.
